After ten lessons, the course "lessons from the masters" has come to an end. While line was the theme of the previous course, we are now exploring values. Adding values to a drawing does not seem to be so hard. But to maintain unity (or getting the big impression to work) was something we had to work on. We learned a lot about this theme by doing master copies. Lessons we then applied to our model drawing sessions. The students work exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to our ‘open atelier’, and deepen the lessons learned.
